This delicious coffee is grown in the beautiful valley city of Octopeque in San Marcos.
The coffee trees are 100% shade grown in a mountainous area bordering El Salvador and Guatemala, where the air is cool during the day and cold at night. This leads to a slow-growing period which leads to greater depth of flavour... like a fine wine maturing with age!
Inaginsa operates the only complete milling station in San Marcos and serves as a collection and processing point for many small farms in the area.
