All online coffee orders are dispatched for shipping from Perth or for local pickup from Wembley within 48 hours!

Wholesale orders to be emailed to orders@pique.coffee or by 12pm Tuesdays for a Thursday delivery that week. 

Detailed wholesale ordering process and pricing structure info will be given to new customers when becoming a PIQUE Partner.

LOCAL PICKUP/CLICK & COLLECT

Save on shipping and get a free coffee on us! Choose 'Local Pickup' at the checkout and we'll notify you within 24 to 48 hours when your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING

We ship from Wembley WA via Australia Post, using recyclable boxes or compostable mailers where possible. Please put mailers in your compost bin!

Shipping costs within Australia are charged at a flat rates:

FREE Shipping on all orders over $70!
$5 WA Standard Delivery  [2-8 business days]
$7 Interstate Standard Delivery  [2-8 business days]
$13 Express Delivery  [1-4 business days]
 

We make sure our orders are out the door to get to you as soon as possible, but sometimes circumstances out of our control make things take a little longer to arrive than expected [after all, Australia Post is Australia Post!]. If you have been waiting longer than 14 business days for your delivery, please email us so we can track it down for you.
