Finca El Pedrero in the La Paz region of Honduras produces around 23,000 kgs of coffee per year.
The farm is owned by Carlos Ernelio Ortiz and is planted with traditional Honduran varieties plus some newer rust resistant hybrids. Avocados are also grown on the farm.
All coffees are patio dried and processed with a mechanical demucilaginator. Only the ripest coffees are used for their naturals.
