We're thrilled to bring you a unique, limited release Geisha from passionate Colombian producer Oscar Restrepo.

This delicious honey processed coffee begins it's journey in the Apia region of Colombia and has delicate floral notes reminiscent of orange blossom, with citrus notes that sing. These flavours are enhanced by meticulously hand-picking ripe cherries at the optimal time for sweetness, then hand-sorting to remove any impurities.

Through a process of hydro-selection, the cherries are immersed in water tanks after which pulping removes about 30% of the mucilage. The beans are then placed inside sealed fermentation containers for 72 hours with restricted oxygen to encourage bacteria to react with the coffee beans so that most of the sugar and nutrients within the mucilage are absorbed. This results in a more delicate and aromatic tasting profile.

We can't wait for you to try this one!
