El Jardin is owned by fourth generation coffee producer Jorge Rojas, who has been growing coffee with his mother since he was just 13 years old.
Jorge has developed his own double-fermentation and precise drying process, resulting in complex and unique flavour profiles. He is currently building a wet mill to process coffee cherries from neighbouring farms.
