It's a festival of Ethiopian coffee! This super fragrant Single Origin is one of three we're currently showcasing at the Coffee Bar.
Grown in the Guji area, next door to the world-renowned Yirgacheffe and Sidamo regions, this natural coffee undergoes laborious hand sorting to remove green and under ripe cherries. It's then spread on drying tables, where the cherries are raked and ridged hourly and covered during the midday heat. After drying for 10-12 days, the dried cherries produce a rattling sound when shaken.
