This delicious Ethiopian Single Origin is one of three we're currently showcasing at the Coffee Bar.
This fruity new coffee is sourced from over 350 dedicated farmers from the Idido village in the renowned Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. These farmers deliver their ripe cherries to the Gizat Washing Station, where they undergo meticulous sorting using density channels. The beans are then fermented for 36-72 hours, washed, and floated to remove defects before being placed on raised drying tables for 8-15 days.
