Our first Peruvian coffee is deliciously sweet and Certified Organic from the Cajamarca region.
The coffee is grown and produced by Edilberto Flores, who owns and operates the 3.5ha La Palma farm in the San Jose de Lourdes municipality.
During harvest, only the ripest cherries are picked and depulped the same day before dry fermenting for 25-45 hours. The coffee is then washed three times and moved to drying beds for 15-25 days.
