The Aricha Washing Station is located in the renowned Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, an ideal environment of fertile, iron-rich, red clay soil, perfectly suited to growing world-class coffee.
Aricha only accepts coffee cherries picked at the peak of their ripeness to ensure maximum flavour is packed into the fruit. It is then naturally dried on raised beds and turned every two to three hours over a number of days.
