This exceptional Grade One Kochere coffee comes from the Aricha Village in the Gedyo zone in Yirgacheffe.
The coffee cherries are fermented for up to three days, then sun-dried on raised beds for four to six weeks. The cherries are turned every couple of hours during that time for even drying.
This natural process enhances the vibrant and distinct fruity notes so unique to Ethiopian coffees.
