Our first Single from El Salvador is a delightful honey processed coffee.
Antonio Ulises Lemus grows Bourbon, Pacas and Pacamara coffee varietals on his Loma Pacha Farm in northern El Salvador.
Honey processed coffees are picked ripe and allowed to dry on raised beds without washing for 20-25 days, using much less water during the process. Any remaining fruit is removed during milling which results in a more complex flavour.
