This naturally processed coffee comes from the Terrazas del Pisque farm, located in the Pichincha region. It produces almost 15,000kg of specialty coffee year-round and like many other coffee farms, it also grows avocados and citrus fruits.
After harvest, the cherries are dried directly on raised beds for 28-40 days.
